From the Heart of the Principal

Welcome to the "Great" Northern Parkway Elementary School site.
Thank you for continuing to support your children academically, socially and emotionally.
As we gear up for the state examinations it is imperative that your child read for a minimum of 20 - 30 minutes each day. They must also write daily. Allow them to help to generate the shopping list, write friendly letters to relatives and express what they have learned throughout the week.
Please visit the public library and encourage your child to participate in the wonderful literature- based activities held thoroughout the year.
Working as a team, we will assure that every child achieves their personal best. Please check the district calender for our school-wide events and plan to attend with your family.
Your participation helps make Northern Parkway School great.
Dr. B. Williams-Jackson,
Proud Principal The "Great" Northern Parkway School
